ADF4113BCPZ-RL Overview


Tape & Reel (TR)-method packaging is used for clock ICs. The LFCSP EP package contains this clock generator. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 3V. The input of this clock generator is designed to be CMOS. There is a maximum frequency of 4GHz Max with this clock-based frequency generator. The clock-generating IC is a 20-bit device designed specifically for microprocessors. It is possible to connect to the PLL via 20 pins. Despite its low-temperature operation, this clock generator ic is capable of -40°C operations. Despite its attenuated performance, this frequency synthesizer can last at 85°C. There is a maximum supply voltage of 5V that electronic frequency generator can handle. This clock generator can be classified as a kind of PLL or Frequency Synthesis Circuits in general. This clock PLL features 6-BIT SWALLOW COUNTER for better clock signal output. 1 signal outputs enable clock PLL to magnify output frequency as high as possible.
