For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-89-5/6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~80°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. Input voltage 1.1V is the dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage required for operation of the voltage regulators. The output voltage (Min/Fixed) of this voltage regulator 12v is 3.3V.
