For optimal performance, this voltage regulator uses the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the SOT-89-5/6 package. There are 1 outputs on DC DC switching regulator. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. There is a switching regulator that is compatible with the Surface Mount mounting. As long as its operating temperature is -40°C~80°C TA, dc to dc voltage regulator should perform well. There is a switching frequency of 100kHz for this voltage regulator 12v.
