This harley voltage regulator utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package for optimized performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 8 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs on this voltage regulator. The first type is a SWITCHING REGULATOR-type IC. There is a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package available for this voltage regulator, as DC DC switching regulator is space-saving. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. As the name implies, this voltage regulator 12v is designed for mounting on a Surface Mount bracket. Voltage regulators should be operated at -25°C~80°C TA temperature while operating. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 700kHz. This voltage regulator is able to operate with the minimal input voltage of 2.2V. The adjusting voltage regulator's output voltage (Min/Fixed) is 2V.
