It is designed to provide optimal performance by utilizing the Tape & Reel (TR) package. Space savings are achieved by placing this voltage regulator in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. 1 outputs have been configured in the voltage regulator 12v. The adjusting voltage regulator generates Adjustable output. The voltage regulator 12v fits the Surface Mount mounting hole. Keeping dc to dc voltage regulator's operating temperature at -40°C~85°C TA is essential when operating. The switching frequency of this DC-DC switching regulator reaches Up to 180kHz. The voltage regulator can operate with a dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 3V. The output voltage of this voltage regulator (Min/Fixed) amounts to 1.25V volts. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 1.5A Switch. There is a voltage regulator maximum input voltage of 36V.
