The chip has an 64Kb 4K x 16 memory. The device uses a mainstream SRAM-format memory. Suitable for use in a wide range of demanding applications, this device offers an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA. A voltage of 3V~3.6V is possible to be applied to the supply. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type.
