Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. A Clock PLL is included with the 80-LBGA package. In this clock generator, HCSL, LVDS, LVHSTL, LVPECL is used as the input to the clock. An implementation of 1 circuits is required in order to fully utili1e the capabilities of the electrical part. A clock-based RF synthesizer that provides a max frequency of 622.08MHz is available. Because of the Surface Mount, clock PLL can be easily mounted on the panel. As long as you provide 2.375V~2.625V supply voltage, it will work. The temperature should be set at -40°C~85°C to ensure reliable performance. As the name suggests, this is a clock generator that is compatible with LVDS logic levels.
