A Tube package is used in this voltage regulator to optimize performance. As you can see, this harley voltage regulator contains 5 terminations. There are two types of analog ICs in this voltage regulator 12v: SWITCHING REGULATOR ICs, which are the ones used in older voltage regulator 12vs. For space-saving purposes, this voltage regulator is available in the TO-220-5 package. 1 outputs of voltage regulator are configured. Adjustable outputs are generated on the output pins of this adjusting voltage regulator. Due to its 260 high peak reflow temperature, this voltage regulator 12v is virtually indestructible. An input voltage of 12V is required for switching regulator operation. The voltage DC DC switching regulator can provide is up to -30V volts. Stable operation of switching regulator is possible because of the high operating temperature 80°C limit.
