Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. 24 terminations can be found in frequency synthesizer. The supply voltage of 1.8V allows for high efficiency. The Surface Mount allows the electrical component to be installed conveniently on the panel. 1.98V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. Whenever the operating temperature for the PLL exceeds 85°C, it may become ha85°Cardous. In this clock-generating clock generator ic, a frequency of 200MHz is synthesi200MHzed for high-quality output. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C. For better clock signal output, this clock PLL is featured with ALSO OPERATES AT 2.5V AND 3.3V NOMINAL SUPPLY.
