SI5335D-B05685-GMR Overview

Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. There is a clock generator embedded in the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This clock generator ic can sustain a maximum temperature of 260 during reflowing. As you can see, it consists of 24 terminations. Basically, this time clock generator needs a voltage of 1.8V.
