The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. This clock generator ic can sustain 260 degrees of temperature during reflowing. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This electronic frequency generator requires a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. The supply voltage (Vsup) should be kept above 1.71V for normal operation. Whenever the frequency generators's operating temperature exceeds 85°C, ha85°Cards may occur. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
