This clock IC is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. As you can see, it consists of 64 terminations. A voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. 1.89V would be the maximum supply voltage for this clock generator. There are CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/Peripheral ICs integrated into this digital clock generator. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V. The PLL may become ha85°Cardous once the operating temperature exceeds 85°C. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. The operating temperature should be kept above -40°C.
