As a clock IC, PLLs is packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. There are a total of 64 terminations in this file. The clock generator ic should be grounded with a voltage of 1.8V. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. This RF synthesizer has CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. In order to maintain safety, this frequency generator should be supplied with voltages above 1.71V.
