Clock ICs are packaged using the Tray method. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 260 when reflowing. It contains a total of 64 terminations within RF synthesizer. For this clock generator ic, a voltage of 1.8V is required. Approximately 1.89V is the maximum supply voltage needed by this time clock generator. CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs/uCs/peripheral ICs are incorporated in this digital clock generator. For safety reasons, this frequency synthesizer should have a voltage supply above 1.71V. A frequency generator that runs over 85°C may cause ha85°Cards. For the clock, clock generator's output frequency should not exceed 350MHz. It is possible that this clock PLL will not start if the ambient temperature is less than -40°C.
