Clock ICs are packaged using the Tape & Reel (TR) method. When reflowed, this frequency generator can withstand a maximum temperature of 260. 64 terminations can be found in frequency generators. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 1.8V. The maximal supply voltage (Vsup) reaches 1.89V. RF synthesizer is comprised of CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC uPs, uCs, and peripheral ICs. A maximum voltage of 1.71V should be used for this frequency generator for safety reasons. In addition, the PLL may cause ha85°Cards once the temperature is set higher than 85°C. Synthesi350MHzing a clock output frequency of 350MHz is possible with this clock-generator. An ambient temperature below -40°C may cause this frequency generator to malfunction.
