As a clock IC, it is packaged by the Tape & Reel (TR) method. Clock PLL is embedded in the 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package. In it, there are 10 terminations to be found. Basically, a voltage of 1.8V should be applied to this electronic frequency generator. Due to the Surface Mount-shape, this electronic component can be conveniently installed on the panel. It would be possible to supply this clock PLL with 1.89V of power. RF synthesizer incorporates CLOCK GENERATOR, PROCESSOR SPECIFIC UPUs, PCs, and peripheral IC's.
