The Tray method is used for packaging clock ICs. As part of the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this clock generator is embedded. This Clock PLL will be fed by Clock, Crystal as its input. There are 2 circuits implemented in order to achieve full performance from this electronic part. A Surface Mount-shaped electrical component makes it convenient to mount on a panel. There are 2.25V~3.6V available for use with this clock PLL. Using the test statistics, it is estimated that the ambient temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C TA.
