This goes without saying, but a more efficient PSU is also \u201cgreener\u201d. ... I personally recommend choosing PSUs rated at gold or higher, as 80 Plus Gold are at least 90 percent efficient at 50 percent load, and 87 percent efficient at 20 and 100 percent load.
