S-1000N24-M5T1U Overview
A total of 5 terminals are used to mount this power management. This power ic is packaged in a way that looks like a Tape & Reel (TR). Please find attached 1 functions for your reference in this IC power. On this supervisor, there is a series of 1 channels that can be found. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Voltage Detector products as well. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at 260. IC management conducts at a voltage of 1.2V. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 5. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. It is recommended that the supervisor be set to this temperature: -40°C~85°C TA. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Open Drain or Open Collector.
