This power management consists of 6 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. Packaging is in the form of a Tape & Reel (TR). Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. It is possible to find on this power management a series of 1 channels. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of 6-SMD, Flat Leads functions. There are a number of benefits that this PMIC has in common with other Voltage Detector manage ics. When a supply voltage of 1.2V is applied to the power ic, it conducts. When a supply voltage of 1 is applied to the power ic, it conducts. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. Power management has an output of Open Drain or Open Collector during operation. The IC power comes from the well-known S-1004 series.
