There are 4 mounting terminals on the voltage supervisor, each of which has a different function. There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. Power management is possible to find a series of 1 functions. A series of 1 channels can be found on this supervisor. To assist you, this PMIC includes 4-SMD, Flat Leads functions. With power management, you get a lot of benefits that you won't find in other Voltage Detector products. There is a specification for the peak reflow temperature of the package to be 260. There is a voltage supply of 6V for the PMIC chip, and the chip conducts at that voltage. In a 1 supply voltage, the PMIC chip conducts. A IC power such as this can be classified as a Power Management Circuits power management system. In total, it has 4 pins on IC management. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. As this power managment ic operates, it is able to produce an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
