This power management consists of 4 mounting terminals on which it can be mounted. A Tape & Reel (TR) package is used to package the power management. Please refer to this PMIC for 1 functions. In order to ensure a good reflow performance, the package peak reflow temperature must be set at NOT SPECIFIED. IC management conducts in a 1.2V-voltage supply.
