The switching controller fits in the 8-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 2.7V~16V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Workable in an dc switcher where -40°C~85°C TA is the -40°C~85°C TArm. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Soft Start for efficient switching control.
