There is an optimized performance in this voltage regulator because it utilizes the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A voltage regulator consists of 6 terminations. As this regulator voltage is equipped with an analog IC of the type SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR, it is a SWITCHED CAPACITOR REGULATOR-type voltage regulator. In order to save space, this harley voltage regulator is available in the SOT-23-6 package. The voltage regulator is configured with 1 outputs. Adjusting voltage regulator's output pins generate Fixed output. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. When operating, adjusting voltage regulator's operating temperature should be kept at -40°C~85°C TA. A DC-DC switching regulator such as this one switches at 1MHz. Regulator 1.6V can operate with dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage 1.6V. As a result, the output voltage of the voltage regulator 12v (Min/Fixed) is 5.2V. It features maximum design flexibility due to dc to dc voltage regulator's 25mA output current. There is a maximum input voltage of 5V for this voltage regulator 12v. As a result of the 260 peak reflow temperature, this regulator is essentially indestructible. To meet the operation requirements, voltage regulator is designed to provide 3.12V as the nominal input voltage. Voltage regulator is capable of giving voltage at 5.2V volts.
