The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The supply voltage is 5V volts. In this case, the FPGA part belongs to the Field Programmable Gate Arrays family. This device is equipped with 140 separate outputs, which makes it a very versatile device. In total, it has 84 terminations on each end. The device runs on a 5V battery and requires no additional power supply to operate. It usually uses a crystal oscillating at a frequency of 130MHz in order to do its work. For the building block, it encompasses 1232 logic cells that make up the logic circuit. As a rule of thumb, the operating temperature should not exceed 70°C.
