Due to its wide temperature range of -40°C~85°C TC, this device is well suited to a wide range of applications that require high performance. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 2.7V~3.6V. There is a recommended mounting type of Surface Mount for it. A total of 8 terminations have been planted on the chip. During the rotation of the clock, the ic memory chip is set as 66MHz.
