ALD1502SAL Overview

A 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) box encloses the digital timer. 2.5MHz sets the frequency of the programmable timer.It is used to pack in Tube case. The recommended mounting type is Surface Mount.Programmable timers can provide 2V~12V voltages.The type of chips can be divided into 555 Type, Timer/Oscillator (Single). The operating temperature of this timer clock is 0°C~70°C. To mount this digital timer with Surface Mount. To keep the clock timer's supply current at 50μA. The operating supply voltage is rated at 50μA voltage. The minimum operating temperature of the chip must not be lower than 0°C. It's best to use the timer clock when the temperature is below 70°C. The timer clock contains 8 pins. The minimum supply voltage of the chip must not be lower than 2V. The supply voltage of this chip should not exceed 12V.
