PDB-C102 Overview


The photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk in order to prevent damage to them. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-46-2 Metal Can packages. In reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes are capable of withstanding a maximum voltage of 100V. It is recommended that the photodiodes are maintained at a constant voltage of 100V in reverse-bias mode. The photodiode operates at 45pA current even in the absence of light input.
