In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Tape & Reel (TR). It is necessary to place the photodiodes into 1210 (3225 Metric) packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 32V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 32V. For photodiodes to work, breakdown voltage should be 170V. Without light, a photodiode has 2nA current.
