Photodiodes are enclosed in Bulk to prevent damage. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 100V voltage. During reverse-bias operation, the photodiodes should never exceed 100V. In the absence of light input, the photodiode exhibits a current of 2.5nA.
