PDB-C216F Overview

To protect these photodiodes from damage, the Bulk is used. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Array - 16 Element packages. The maximum voltage that the photodiodes can tolerate in reverse-biased mode is 50V over a continuous period of time. It is recommended to set the reverse-bias mode for the photodiodes to not exceed 50V on a continuous basis. A photodiode is capable of conducting 5nA current even without light input.
