As a protective measure, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. To ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in Chip with 34 Gauge BUSS Wire packages. Reverse-bias photodiodes can withstand a maximum of 75V in continuous reverse-bias mode. Photodiodes in reverse-bias mode should not continuously exceed 75V. It is possible for a photodiode to produce 90nA even without light input.
