In order to prevent damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Tray. It is necessary to enclose the photodiodes in Die packages for safety purposes. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 75V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 75V continuously. A photodiode conducts 65nA current without light input.
