To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by Radial packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 50V. A photodiode occurs even at 400pA current without light input.
