PDB-V108 Overview


To prevent damage, the photodiodes are packaged in a Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-233AA, TO-8-3 Lens Top Metal Can packages in order to ensure their safety. Photodiodes can only withstand 75V in reverse-bias mode indefinitely. Continuous reverse-bias should not exceed 75V for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 250pA electrical current.
