In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. It is necessary to place the photodiodes into Radial packages in order to protect them from damage. A continuous reverse-bias mode can only sustain 75V voltage per photodiode. Continuously reverse-bias the photodiodes shouldn't exceed 75V. In order for photodiodes to function, the temperature must not exceed 60°C. However, the minimum operating temperature of the photodiodes should be set to -40°C. For photodiodes to work, breakdown voltage should be 30V. Without light, a photodiode has 200pA current.
