PDB-V607-1 Overview

As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse- bias mode continuously, their maximum voltage is 25V. It is important that the reverse-bias voltage of the photodiodes do not exceed 25V continuously. A photodiode conducts 25nA current without light input.
