PDI-M301 Overview


A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-205AA, TO-5-3 Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 75V permanently. While operating photodiodes, the temperature should not exceed 100°C. However, the minimum operating temperature for the photodiodes should be set at -40°C. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 9nA current.
