To protect the photodiodes, they are packed in the Bulk. Photodiodes are protected by TO-46-2 packages in order to ensure their safety. When reverse-bias is applied continuously, the photodiodes are able to withstand only 75V voltage. A reverse-bias photodiode shouldn't exceed 75V continuously in reverse-bias mode. While photodiodes are operating, the temperature should not exceed 125°C. But the photodiodes should operate at a temperature of -40°C. Ensure photodiodes work by setting the breakdown voltage to 10V. A photodiode occurs even at 5pA current without light input.
