PDU-V108Q Overview

Bulk is used to protect the photodiodes from damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. When photodiodes are continuously reverse-biased, the maximum voltage they can withstand is 75V. When the photodiodes are reverse-biased, the voltage should never exceed 75V. The current in a photodiode is 10pA even when there is no light input.
