PDU-V115Q Product Details

PDU-V115Q Overview

The Bulk protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure safety, the photodiodes are packaged in TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. The maximum voltage the photodiodes can withstand in reverse-bias mode is 75V. A continuous reverse-bias voltage of 75V should be maintained for the photodiodes. Despite the absence of light, photodiodes make 2pA current.
