PDU-V119 Overview

A Bulk package protects these photodiodes from damage. In order to ensure their safety, the photodiodes are packaged into TO-5 Variant, 2 Leads, Lens Top Metal Can packages. A photodiode can withstand a maximum voltage of 75V when operating in reverse-bias mode continuously. Reverse-bias photodiodes should not be operated above 75V permanently. Without light input, a photodiode will produce 10pA current.
