PDU-V401A Overview


To protect them from damage, these photodiodes are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages. When reverse-biased continuously, photodiodes can withstand a maximum voltage of 15V. When operating in reverse-bias mode, the photodiodes should not exceed 15V. In the absence of light input, a photodiode produces 5nA current.
