PDV-V418 Overview


It is important to note that these photodiodes are packaged in Bulk to prevent damage. A safety package containing the photodiodes is provided for their protection. It is possible for the photodiodes to withstand 10V voltage in reverse-bias mode on a continuous basis. As long as the photodiodes are operated in reverse-bias mode, they should not exceed voltage 10V. Despite the absence of light input, a photodiode generates 75pA electrical current.
