AK6512CL Overview

In terms of its memory type, it can be classified as Non-Volatile. In addition, memory ics is available in a Tape & Reel (TR) case as well. As you can see, it is embedded in 8-SMD, Flat Lead case. 64Kb 8K x 8 is the chip's memory size. This device uses takes advantage of the EEPROM format. A wide operating temperature range makes this device ideal for a variety of demanding applications. With 1.8V~5.5V as the supply voltage, it is capable of handling memory ics. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended for this product. A clock frequency rotation within 5MHz is used for the ic memory chip to rotate data.
