AK93C10AF Overview

There is a Non-Volatile memory type associated with this device. It comes in a Bulk. There is an 64Kb 4K x 16 memory capacity on the chip. There is a EEPROM-format memory used in this device, which is the memory format used by mainstream devices. Due to its wide temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is well suited to a wide range of applications that require high performance. A voltage of 1.8V~5.5V is possible to be applied to the supply. A Surface Mount mounting type is recommended for this product.
