AK93C45BH Overview

A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. In addition, memory ics is available in a Bulk case as well. There is 1Kb 64 x 16 of memory on the chip. The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. Due to its wide temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device is well suited to a wide range of applications that require high performance. It is capable of handling a voltage supply of 1.8V~5.5V. It is recommended to mount it in the Surface Mount mounting type.
