AK93C45CU Overview

The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. Featuring an extended operating temperature range of -40°C~85°C TA, this device allows it to be used in a variety of demanding applications. The device is capable of handling a supply voltage of 1.5V~5.5V volts. There is a recommendation that Surface Mount mounting type should be used for this product. It is important to note that the memory has a clock frequency rotation within the range of 4MHz.
