AK93C95AF Overview

A Non-Volatile-type memory can be classified as the memory type of this device. You can get memory ics in a Bulk case. There is 32Kb 2K x 16 of memory on the chip. The device uses a mainstream EEPROM-format memory. -40°C~85°C TA is an extended operating temperature range, making this device ideal for demanding applications.
