In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 16-UFBGA, WLCSP package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 2.7V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at -30°C~150°C TJ's operating temperature.General Purpose is pretty useful in a variety of applications.On PCBs, Surface Mount mounts H gate.The maximum load current a power supply can provide at a specified ambient temperature is 2A.Onput current that reaches 2A at maximum.Accordingly, the maximum acceptable operating temperature is 150°C in order to avoid excessive costs.Ideally, the operating temperature should be at -30°C in order to avoid excessive costs.
