AP1025BEN Product Details
AP1025BEN Overview
H bridge is packaged using Tape & Reel (TR).H bridge is provided in the 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad package for the sake of cost savings.Improved reliabilbridge drivery can be ensured based on the supply voltage of 3V~5.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount. The operating temperature of -30°C~150°C TJ enables motor driver H bridge to work normally.H bridge motor driver is pretty useful in a wide range of applications, including General Purpose, Stepper Motors.Surface Mount is adopted as a technique to mount H gate on the PCB.The acceptable maximum value of operating temperature is 150°C so as to avoid excessive costs. The acceptable minimum value of operating temperature is -30°C so as to avoid excessive costs.
AP1025BEN Features
Available in 32-WFQFN Exposed Pad Package / Case Operating Temperature at the range of Surface Mount Operate supply voltage at -30°C
